Founded by visionary leader Celia Cooper, CulturaCare Network was born from a simple truth - our elders deserve spaces that feel like home. Inspired by her family’s caregiving journey, Celia set out to build Canada’s first Black-centered healthcare ecosystem — blending resort-style senior living, soulful meals, and community support that honors heritage and humanity.
